About us

Built by dentists, for dentists.

Bitenostic started in the clinic, not on a whiteboard. We built the tool we needed ourselves the moment a TMD patient sat down and the clock started ticking.

Why we started

We started Bitenostic because we know the feeling that can hit late in the day: a TMD patient in the chair, many questions, little time, and heavy documentation. We have been there ourselves. We wanted to create a tool that gives calm, direction, and clinical confidence right where it is hardest to stand alone.

Who we are

We are two people from different worlds who found common ground: the clinic and the code.

Morten Worsøe

Dentist & Co-founder

Morten Worsøe

Morten is a dentist with many years of experience in bite function and complex temporomandibular disorders. He has seen how cases can drag on, and how patients can receive different answers depending on who they meet and how much time is available.

Patrick Andreasen

Software engineer & Co-founder

Patrick Andreasen

Patrick is a software engineer who has built systems that make complex workflows simple to carry out in practice. Together, we translated the specialist's tacit knowledge into a clear, step-by-step process that fits into an ordinary clinic day, even when TMD is only a small part of it.

What Bitenostic is

Bitenostic is designed as a colleague beside you, a calm overview in a busy day. The platform guides you through 26 carefully selected questions that collect the essentials from history and symptoms. The answers are presented in a clear overview that points to the next meaningful steps in the examination and helps distinguish acute issues from longer-term functional problems. Along the way you get a short, well-written clinical note that can be used directly, and the patient gets a simple video explanation that creates shared understanding and realistic expectations. The goal is less doubt, more consistent quality, and more time for the patient conversation.

How We Work

We build closely with the clinics that use us. Ideas, friction points, details, we listen to it all and adjust continuously. That means Bitenostic keeps getting a little better: faster to use, sharper in wording, and more helpful in practice. We take small steps often, so you feel the difference in everyday work.

Our Promise

Our goal is not to impress, it is to be useful in the five minutes where it matters. When the complex becomes simple, quality becomes more consistent, and you get time and energy back for the rest of patient care.

Meet Bitenostic in your daily work.

If you're curious about how it feels in the chair with a real patient, we'd be happy to show you. We believe in professional calm, clear next steps, and that TMD can be manageable, even when time is short.
